The sessions are interactive and are aimed at encouraging personal development. No formal financial advice is given because the workshops are designed to be engaging and useful sessions to give employees the time out from their busy lives to think about their priorities.

We offer two options

For larger employers, we run sessions for individual employers who want to provide this support for their own employees.

We also run multi-employer workshops. These are for employers who would like to support their older workers but may not have enough people to fill a workshop at any one time. We offer off site workshops where you can choose to send one or a few employees to and they will attend alongside people of a similar age from other employers.
