Diagnostics.
We can help you appreciate the issues facing your employees. It may be a case of us giving you our views based on our experience. You may have had some dialogue already or would see value in surveying the opinion of your employees, anonymously if necessary, regarding help they would be grateful for. For many clients, we provide introductory education on financial wellbeing and then, having increased understanding among the workforce, ask employees to self-assess where they would like to see their employer offer further intervention.
Education.
Whilst we can provide education about your employee benefits, we can also provide education as a benefit in its own right. With financial wellbeing, traditional factual education about how financial products and services work is important, but this needs to be coupled with guidance on how individuals should structure their thinking and challenge their habits, beliefs and behaviour. We can provide such education in the workplace or virtually, to groups or to individuals. And, we’ll always supply accompanying information for employees to take away, so their learning isn’t just about what they take away from any initial interactions. Education can also take the form of coaching.
Solutions.
The employee benefits and financial services industries have created an array of products and services that can have a positive impact on the financial wellbeing of employees. It’s not just a question of offering a pension, it’s about offering the most suitable pension for today and for the future. Common protection benefits like Life Assurance can play a part but must be set in the right context to really be appreciated. More esoteric benefits like discount platforms, borrowing deductions from salary and financial wellbeing apps can also have a part to play. As with other benefits, we can design, resource and implement any options you may wish to consider, as well as providing ongoing support and governance to ensure the benefits continue to be effective for as long as that benefit is offered.
