We want to introduce quality professional service providers to our clients when they need help that we can’t give them. Equally, if there is a service you don’t offer but we do, we’d be delighted to support you and your clients with the excellence and diligence we deliver to our own customers.

We work across the whole spectrum of employee benefits and financial education. From automatic enrolment compliance and holistic pension support to protection and wellbeing benefits, we can perform every step of the process your clients need – consultancy, design, sourcing, implementation, education, and ongoing governance.

Whilst you look after the financial health and operations of the business, we can look after the financial health of the workforce with effective and efficient employee benefits.

If we’re talking about people and business, inevitably the subject of employee benefits and reward will come up regularly in client discussions. We offer independent advice to employers across the entire benefit spectrum and educate employees about their benefits whilst delivering education as a benefit in itself. We can offer a positive influence on employee wellbeing across every pillar, with a primary focus on financial, mental, and physical health.

Employee benefit advice is a specialism. We don’t offer regulated advice to individuals, but we recognise that employees and business owners we work with need that support. Equally, we are regularly introduced to corporate clients by wealth management firms; firms who don’t want to carry the risk of providing employee benefit advice just because they can, and firms who recognise the efficiency of using HWWA Consulting as a value-adding filter of workforces, with the genuine advice opportunities being fed back from whence they came.

Not all Employee Benefit Consultants consult on every benefit. You may be a pension specialist wanting to work with a partner you can trust when it comes to offering risk and wellbeing support. You may be a risk specialist who wants to pass on pension queries without the threat of losing your client to a competitor who can consult across multiple benefits. Whilst HWWA Consulting can consult across multiple benefits, we also can work under agreements where we only provide specific advice on specific benefit lines so our partners can focus on their strengths and their business is protected accordingly.

In the same way that not every benefit consultant covers every benefit, we recognise that wellbeing and education specialists may focus on a particular discipline. Are you mental health experts who see the advantage of working with financial health experts? Do you concentrate on training executives but would like to work with a partner who can offer wellbeing education to the rest of the workforce?
